Becoming the top of her class and graduating with the highest of grade percentages, with the help of her father's name she made into Westpoint. Of course this meant she would be leaving Lisandra, her best friend and one of the few people Brenna found she trusted no matter what. As sad as she was, Brenna fought with every ounce of her being to graduate from the prestigious school and become everything her father wanted. And she did just that, by the time she graduated she went directly into the Navy. She advanced up the ladder rather quickly, causing some to think she was getting the help of her father. As much as Brenna did what she could to prove she didn't her father to succeed there were still those who wanted her to fail. Sick of all the looks and betrayal out in the field she requested to be discharged and was recruited rather quickly into the CIA. Only to find that she wasn't alone, Lisandra was there and she felt like her world was complete.
Though she would never see her family again, Brenna accepted a undercover job working for a large international organization based out of Iran. She was a reporter, there to cover the growing war and the terrorism that had accompanied it. Easily captured and brought in for interrogation, she was supposedly brainwashed into believing that their world was going to be everything that they wanted. That the American government was evil and needed to be stop. Despite the two years of being under their tutelage, Brenna used every technique she had to make sure it didn't take. By the time the United Nations were to meet at their yearly Pentagon session, she was there to record it. The man who acted as her cameraman was there as well, but this time to detonate the bomb that was strapped into the camera. It took everything she had learned and was taught to quickly disable the device and arrest him before it went off. But what she didn't know was that there was another device located under the seat of the Iranian Prime Minister until the last moment. The last heroic thing Brenna was going to do was to run across the floor of the meeting and push the man to the ground. She would then be seen disabling the bomb right there in front of everyone.
She was the CIA's top agent for years after the failed assassination attempt upon the President and the key members of the United Nations. She would be seen throughout the country as a hero, something she didn't expect in the least bit to have happened and when it did she stuck with the agency for the next six years.
During that time, however she would return home to spend sometime with her family. To see her siblings get married and have babies, a life that wasn't meant for Brenna. Despite being married during her Westpoint years, she found that she wasn't meant for a life of settling down and popping out children. They eventually divorced six months later. She was meant for something greater and to witness her siblings doing just that, well she was happy. Though it was during an exclusive nightclub opening, she was with Lisandra that night and she was the first to lay witness to her best friend save the life of a prominent billionaire and bachelor, August Bergmen. After the attempt on his life was stopped, Lisandra stuck around to take care of things while Brenna went back to Washington DC. It was there she witnessed Lisandra hand in her resignation and she was sad to see her best friend leave. But Lisandra was going on to do great things with her life, despite Brenna wanting her to stick around.
After a couple of years, working and climbing up the ladder for the CIA, she was growing frustrated with her life. She wanted something more, something that she would enjoy and have a life outside of working constantly. During a visit to Boston, she met up with Lisandra who had started dating August at the time. It was during a dinner party that Brenna found herself being offered a position within August's company as a security officer. She would be workin side by side with Lisandra. Of course, Brenna didn't hesitate to take the job without even thinking on it. She went back to DC and turned in her resignation. Packing up everything she had known in DC she moved to back to Massachusetts.
Brenna has been working for Bergmen Industries for three years now and her life is exactly the way she wants it to be.
